Booking & Payment Terms

🏦 50% deposit required to confirm your reservation

💼 Balance due on or before check-in

🔒 We kindly ask for a deposit of € 200, which will be fully refunded after check-out if the apartment is left in good condition.

Free Airport Pickup Included

🚖 Our driver will meet you at the airport  and take you directly to the apartment, so you can arrive relaxed and ready to begin your creative retreat. No hassle, no risk of overpaying local drivers — your airport pickup is pre-arranged, reliable, and completely free.

Cancellation Policy

✅ Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in

⚠️ 50% fee if cancelled within 3 days of arrival

🚫 No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows

🚫 No parties, events, or loud music

🚭 No smoking inside (two balconies available)
